Ever since I was quite young, I have always had an interest in Aircraft and Aviation. It has always amazed me, how an aircraft can fly, the engines and how they are capable of lifting a large tube of metal, into the skies. A favourite quote of mine is "A Mile of road, will take you a mile. A Mile of Runway will take you anywhere in the world"

Nothing could be more true. With aviation comes a sense of exploration and travel. From Boeing to Airbus, Aviation always has something new to explore and see, with airports such as Manchester Airport and Heathrow Airport, having some fantastic places to watch Aircraft from, is perfect as it means that as a photographer it is possible to explore the country and to undertake in aviation photography.

Although I do have to admit, there is something else, about watching aircraft, at Manchester Airport, with a hybrid of Aviation and Landscape Photography.... (Due to the proximity of the Peak District). Is it any wonder why Manchester Airport remains a firm favourite with people watching Aircraft, and learning about the Concorde, at the Aviation Viewing Park, that Manchester Airport, is famed for.
